We are looking for a fast, product-minded builder who can turn ideas into polished prototypes, ship internal tools, and help the team move from concept to launch with less friction.
Role overview
As Vibe Coder, you will work across product, growth, and operations to rapidly prototype features, automate repetitive work, and help shape user-facing experiences. This role is ideal for someone who loves shipping, thinks clearly in systems, and is comfortable using AI-assisted workflows without losing product judgment or code quality.
What you’ll do
- Build fast, clean prototypes for new product ideas, landing pages, growth loops, and internal workflows.
- Translate rough concepts into usable front-end and back-end implementations that can be reviewed quickly by the team.
- Improve developer velocity through lightweight automation, tooling, and process cleanup.
- Collaborate with design and leadership to pressure-test ideas before they become full roadmap commitments.
What good looks like
- You ship useful experiments quickly without creating cleanup debt for the team.
- You know when to prototype fast and when to tighten implementation details.
- You improve team momentum by removing blockers and making ideas easier to evaluate.
Preferred background
- Strong generalist coding skills across front-end and back-end work.
- Comfort working in fast feedback loops with product and design partners.
- Good judgment around UX polish, maintainability, and business impact.
- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows is a plus.
